Gimme some nasty, dirty, gut wrenching rock and roll organ?

I dont want any of that prog organ, i dont want any of that arena rock organ, and i dont want any of that synth. I want the real stuff. The nastier the better.

In 2 or 3 songs, gimme the best nasty dirty organ rock you can find.|||Here's some nasty Hammond by Vincent Crane!

All from the 60's and 70's when the Hammond ruled in rock!|||Thanks for BA W%26amp;S!

|||Several fantastic Hammond players immediately come to mind...Vincent Crane, Graham Bond, Jimmy Smith, Terry Riley, Doug Riley, Mike Carr, Jean Jaques Kravetz, Peter Robinson, Chick Churchill, Alan Price, Georgie Fame, John Lord, Mark Stein, Al Kooper, John Medeski, etc etc.

But I thought I'd go with something a little off the beaten path...so to speak.

Late 60s/early 70's proto Metal (hate that term) pioneers "Attila".

They were a two piece hard rock band lead by none other than Billy Joel. Yes, you heard right...Mr. Piano Man!

Billy played a Hammond B3 here...rewired to bypass the Leslie tone cabinet (this may or may not not meet your criteria, Lol), and fed directly into the amps. Billy used to call this sound "Pure Raunch"....though I'm quite sure today he'd call it "Noise". Further organ effects are controlled with a foot operated wah-wah pedal.

I'll leave you with Canadian Hammond whiz...Doug Riley (RIP). During the 70's he played with Dr. Music, not to mention session work for many other notable musicians (scoring music for Ray Charles being one of them). He was also a graduate of the University of Toronto. and studied with the Royal Conservatory of Music...

Not much on YouTube...but these two performances surely display his talents;

Bill Payne's organ solo starts @ 2:10

-----------

I dunno that I've ever seen anyone rock out with a huge old church style pipe organ. The Hammond is what I'm familiar with. Not sure if that's what you had in mind.|||The Band: Chest Fever ... http://grooveshark.com/#/s/Chest+Fever+2鈥?/a>
